Overview

The Sinclair ASM-12BI is a 3.5kW wall mounted monoblock air conditioning unit designed for residential spaces where outdoor units are not permitted. It provides efficient heating and cooling within a single unit, making it suitable for apartments and buildings with installation restrictions. Supplied with an installation kit to support simplified installation.

Technology

This system uses inverter heat pump technology to regulate output based on room demand. It maintains stable indoor temperatures while improving efficiency and reducing energy consumption.

Refrigerant

The unit uses R32 refrigerant, supporting efficient performance with lower environmental impact compared to older refrigerants.

Controls

Wi-Fi is included as standard, allowing control via a mobile app. Users can adjust temperature, change operating modes, set timers and manage the unit remotely.

Alternatively you may hire an F-GAS certified installer to install this system and provide us the evidence of it once installation is completed. This is a requirement of the Article 11 (5) EC/517/2014 on fluorinated greenhouse gases and The Fluorinated Greenhouse Gases Regulations 2015.
