Refund and Returns Policy

 
Overview
Our refund and returns policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Refund-Return Policy:
  • We hope that you will be 100% satisfied with your purchase of goods from our internet site. However if, within 14 days of receipt of your online sales order, you are not satisfied or wish to return your goods, please contact us immediately to arrange the return of the goods, as per the procedure listed in first paragraph below.  For goods ordered and paid for via a proforma invoice, or for customers having credit terms with us, our returns policy will also be covered by the “Consumer Rights Act 2015”.
  • Goods will need to be returned back to our distribution centre – please email us at: info@basildonacr.co.uk, or call us on 01268 281752 for the return address before you send anything back.  All returned goods must be in “as-new” condition, with complete unopened and undamaged sealed packaging. Refunds for returned goods will be made at the price at which the goods were purchased. It is the buyer’s responsibility to arrange return shipping of the goods and pay the return shipping charges.
  • Goods that have been opened, marked/soiled, will only be entitled to a partial refund (not exceeding 50% of the purchase price) after assessment by Basildon ACR. 
  • Goods deemed non-saleable, damaged or used will not be refunded and will only be returned to the customer at the Customer’s cost.
What happens if my items delivered are damaged or incorrect? If you have received your delivery and products are damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours with your order reference and full details of the products, so that our teams can resolve this for you. Where possible, always check the goods before the courier leaves the premises and sign for goods as damaged.
