Product Description

Main Features

Copper Tube:
Manufactured under a strict quality control system certified by TÜV SÜD and compliant with the Pressure Equipment Directive 2014/68/EU. Tested in accordance with the latest European standard EN12735-1 for copper tubes and produced within ISO9001 and ISO14001 certified management systems.

The tubing is fully annealed for flexibility, allowing easy bending with a reduced risk of kinking. Produced using high-grade raw materials, it ensures consistent mechanical strength and precise dimensions. Each tube undergoes 100% Eddy Current Testing to guarantee defect-free quality and uniform performance.


Insulation:
Constructed from environmentally friendly PE-based material, fully compliant with RoHS standards and free from CFC and PVC. Features fire-retardant IXPE insulation meeting the latest European classification EN13501 (Class BL-s1, d0).

Designed with a stable foam structure, it offers low heat shrinkage even under high refrigerant temperatures and maintains long-term thermal efficiency. The specially formulated dark insulation provides excellent resistance to UV exposure and weathering.

A precise fit between the copper pipe and insulation helps minimise condensation. The outer layer features a durable, embossed finish that is resistant to scratches and tearing, while allowing easy separation of twin pipes during installation.
